Sometimes we get stuck in a rut and wear the same thing on repeat.
Or we don’t want to rock the boat and get crappy comments from our friends and coworkers.
By trying to put everyone else at ease- we end up playing small.
You weren’t meant to be a supporting actor in your own life!
You ARE the main character- time to start acting like it!
Start with an outfit and show up as your best self 🙂

Treat yourself to naturally flavored “spa” water and instantly hold your head higher!
I like lemon in my water, but there are so many options!

As a mom, we are so busy making sure everyone else gets what they need that we forget about what WE need.
For this WK 4 Shine Bright Darling challenge- find something that light YOU up.
One of my favorite hobbies is thrifting. I get if from summers I spent in Alabama with my grandmother when we hit all the yard sales on Fri & Sat. I’ve been a treasure hunter ever since!

I know how unexpected complements make me feel, so I try to give at least one sincere complement every day.
It’s a simple way to spread joy and kindness this year.

After 2 turbo charged cups of coffee.. I mapped out my 2023 so I would have a plan for my writing. Well that evolved and grew into monthly themes, food to explore and ways to celebrate and elevate the everyday.
